... and this is why I would prefer the edit window on posts to be shorter.

I missed all of it, and would have been interested in reading what was in those posts.

But you didn't miss anything that's the point ... When a thread just starts going back and forth .. All you missed were 5 posts by me saying "no.... Herb is not Diane."... That's the sum total of the content of those now deleted posts, the only thing you missed is the increasing obnoxiousness in which that content was expressed.

Thanks! I can definitely see that, and that might very well be the intent. But I dunno... something about that explanation still seems a little bit incomplete for me, but I can't put my finger on why, nor do I have any alternative explanation. So I guess I'll just have to keep re-watching MD until something shows itself. ;-)
